Jillian Bartosiak
After working at luxury hotels in the wedding and event sales departments for over 15 years, Jillian decided to take the leap and start her own company in 2019. While she was growing the company, her family was growing as well so in addition to being the founder of Perfecting the Plan, she is also a mom of two amazing children. When she isn’t taking the kiddos to baseball, hockey, gymnastics, and dance, she enjoys spending time with her family on the water and in the sunshine of her hometown of St. Petersburg.
Cara Anderson
With more than a decade in the industry and a degree in Event Management from UCF (Go Knights!), Cara is the consummate event professional. She is creative, organized, and has a wealth of knowledge to share about all things weddings and events. She is excited to be by your side to ensure every detail is planned and executed flawlessly so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your big day! At home, Cara enjoys spending time with her husband Justin and their three fur-babies Lexie, Luna, and Buster. Cara and Justin share a love for all things Disney, even incorporating a few magic-inspired touches to their own wedding in 2022.
Emily Hillenbrand
Friendly and outgoing, Emily believes that perfection is in the details. She doesn’t miss a beat and will ensure that every element of your big day is attended to with the utmost attention. Born and raised in Orlando, Emily graduated from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) where she studied event management and hospitality. She also studied abroad in Hong Kong, studied Mandarin Chinese in Beijing, and taught English to students in Shenzhen. She absolutely loves to travel and even planned her own perfectly detailed destination wedding in Grand Cayman. In her free time, Emily loves to hike and spends as much time as possible outdoors. She has journeyed to the base camp at Mt. Everest and hopes to tackle Kilimanjaro one day. She has a dog and two cats, who along with her husband AJ, are her constant companions.
